That 4am start is brutal — I won't lie — but the reason you go early is because that's when the tuna feed near the surface. The guys who've done it come back absolutely buzzing, holding fish they never imagined they'd catch on holiday. One more thing worth knowing: this is a family business with over 26 years of experience on these waters — the captain built the boat himself back in 1998.
